I was a Creative LEAD at TerraCycle, A GLOBAL business that provided waste recycling solutions to LARGE brands such as L’Oréal, Procter & Gamble, Lavazza, Monoprix AND OTHER NOTABLE CLIENTS.

TerraCycle's recycling programs allowed people to recycle specific brand waste at dedicated recycling centers across Europe. These programs were funded by the brands and operated by TerraCycle. My role involved THE supervisiON, CREATIVE DIRECTION, and OFTEN design of the marketing materials that promoted our brand partnerships and encouraged collectors to join our programs. 

I was responsible for the creative direction of TerraCycle Europe and worked closely with the US Head of Design. I was also responsible for creating customized recycling campaigns for various brand partners, AND PRODUCED a tailored sales catalogue presenting creative communication packages, designed to align with client investment levels.

As a creative manager, I led a team of tWO designers and one video editor. I built my team fROm scratch and developed all the creative processes & RESOURCES required for a productive and healthy workflow. 
I ALSO LED IMPACTFUL TERRACYCLE-FOCUSED B2C CAMPAiGNS TO GROW OUR BRAND ENGAGEMENT.
